What does Bed & Breakfast “Style” mean?
Well, to us, we want to keep things simple. We will provide you with everything you need to make your own homecooked breakfast, whenever you’re ready to eat. Whether that be something quick so you can hit the road bright and early; or lounge all morning and make yourself a heartier meal.
Fresh breakfast food items will be purchased and stocked for your stay, based on availability. Beverages include bottled water, juice, and full coffee/tea bar. You are free to use as much or as little as you want, it’s your food and is included in your cottage rental!

Check in- 4:00 pm, but you may receive a text if Granny’s is ready for you before 4:00 pm
Check out- 12:00 pm
At Granny Zola’s, we don’t charge additional cleaning fees or expect guests to do the bulk of the cleaning. We just ask you to use your favorable judgement that would make Grandma proud, and we will happily take care of the rest!
Owners live on the same property and are easily available if you need anything. We want you to feel like you’re at Grandma’s house and are being taken care of!
Granny Zola’s Backstory
Grandma Zola was the matriarch of our family. She raised 10 children, and her family quickly grew to over 135 with all the descending grandchildren. She was blessed with a very clear mind and was “in the know” on everyone’s shenanigans. Often times, Grandma knew about secrets before any parents did. At the age of 94, she sold her lifelong home and began building her cottage, one she had always dreamed of. Grandma was fiercely independent and wanted to live on her own; however, she knew it was time to have a little more assistance. Unfortunately, Grandma left us 2 weeks before her forever home was complete. She dreamt this cottage would be her legacy, although she wasn’t sure what it would turn out to be. We decided to grow her legacy by sharing her home with travelers who would like a little place to hide away.
